Hello and thank you for visiting our website. We’re Chris and Donna Ward and we run Guest of 35. We’ve been running our small family business since 2021, building our property portfolio to provide fairly priced, comfortable and quality holiday accommodation in the UK.

Waterside Cottage, Winewall, Colne

This was our first property. A beautiful stone cottage built in the mid 19th century, located in the village of Winewall, on a private road overlooking Colne Water, in the heart of the Lancashire countryside. We loved Waterside Cottage straight away and we’ve put our heart and soul into making it the place it is now. Waterside Cottage is dog friendly and is exceptionally well equipped. We’re also lucky to have awesome neighbours!

Sandringham Apartment, Salford

This was our next property. A modern apartment, located in Salford. It’s well located for Salford Quays, Old Trafford, the Trafford Centre and Manchester City Centre. It’s well equipped and has great transport links, whether you want to use public transport or, if you want to bring the car, there’s also a reserved parking space on site.
